Accepted Payment Methods by Doper's in Italy and Abroad

The payment methods accepted by Doper's vary for deliveries made in Italy or abroad. Below you can verify that payments with Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and PayPal are accepted for both deliveries in Italy and abroad, while Cash on Delivery is only accepted for shipments within the Italian national territory.

For deliveries made in Italy, we accept payments with:

• Credit Card (American Express, Diners, Visa, and Mastercard circuits);
• Bank Transfer;
• PayPal;
• Cash on Delivery

We do not accept payments by Bank Checks or Postal Bulletins.

In the case of orders with high amounts, DoperS.it reserves the right to request an advance payment of the amount through a precautionary bank transfer.

Dopers.it reserves, at its sole discretion, the right not to proceed with the shipment of the goods, even after accepting the order, to customers who are found to be out of credit, i.e., with unpaid or disputed amounts.

Below are the details of payments with Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery.

Payment with Credit Card

By paying with a Credit Card, the amount due will be charged on the date of shipment of the goods and not on the date of the order.

We accept major Credit Cards, including:

• American Express
• Diners
• Visa Circuit
• Mastercard Circuit

Your card information is handled directly by the banking circuits responsible for online payments. The information is encrypted using 128-bit encryption systems (SSL) that prevent third-party use and is sent directly to the bank.

By paying with a credit card, it is also possible to ship the goods to a different address from the order holder's address, if requested.

The amount is only debited at the time of card settlement. Until then, there is only a reservation of the amount. If the card is not settled, the amount is automatically released after 25 days from the order.

We reserve the right to request verification of the cardholder's authenticity from the issuing bank in case of problems. This activity takes about 5 working days. At the end of this period, in the case of a positive outcome, we will proceed with the delivery of the placed order.

DoperS.it reserves the right to request a valid document via fax to expedite checks.

Payment by Bank Transfer

By paying with a bank transfer, the goods will be shipped only after verifying the credited amount in our current account.

The reason for the bank transfer must include the order number, the name, and the surname of the ordering party. Currently, the importance of bonificato information bonificato is credited to the beneficiary's account no earlier than 3-5 working days from the date of execution. Before making the payment, it is advisable to inquire through the Customer Support Service if the merchandise is available. If we do not receive the payment within 8-10 days from the order placement, the order will be canceled.

Cash on Delivery Payments

Cash on Delivery refers to payment in cash to the courier at the time of product delivery. The courier only accepts exact amounts corresponding to the order total (no change will be provided). There is an additional cost of 4% for Cash on Delivery payments. We do not accept payments by bank checks or postal bulletins.

For order amounts exceeding €999.00, the courier contacts the customer the day before to request the order balance through a cashier's check, which should be sent in advance via fax to the courier. The cashier's check must be made payable to the courier and not to Dopers.it by Marianna D'Onofrio.
