Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

No, it is not necessary to create an account to purchase a product. However, registering offers advantages to consider. Logging into your account for a purchase allows you to know the current status and history of your orders. Additionally, you can keep track of your favorite products.

How do I register on the website?

To register on the dopers.it website and create an account to track your purchases, follow this easy procedure:

• Click on "Sign in" at the top right in the menu. You will find two boxes, in the "Create an account" box, there is a field to write in. Enter your email address, for example, example11@gmail.com, and then click the orange button "Create an account."
• Now fill out the form with your personal data. You will need to enter information such as your name, surname, email - the one you entered to access this page - and a password you want to use to access your profile. Please note that you must choose a password that is at least 8 characters long and contains a special symbol (!*#@$%^&). Then click on "Register."

How do I order a product?

To order a Doper'S product, once you have found it, click on the "Add to Cart" button and follow the procedure to make the payment.

Discount Codes

How do discount codes work?

Doper'S may provide discount codes for new customer registration on the website or newsletter, special events, or seasonal promotions. If you have one of our discount codes, you should know that you can only use it once. After adding the products you want to purchase to your cart, proceed with the payment process until you are given the opportunity to enter the discount code you have to save on your order.

Payment Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

The accepted payment methods vary depending on the shipping address. For deliveries outside Italy, in Europe and America, payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Credit Card, and PayPal. For deliveries within Italy, cash on delivery payments are also accepted.

Can I pay upon delivery?

Yes, you can pay cash on delivery, but only for orders with delivery within Italy. Cash on delivery incurs additional costs charged by the courier, which amount to 4%. Bank checks or postal orders are not accepted.

Can I pay in installments for large amounts?

No, it is not possible to pay in installments, even for large amounts. In such cases, Doper's reserves the right to request an advance payment as a guarantee via bank transfer.

Shipping and Return Questions

How long does it take to receive my order? What are the shipping times?

The shipping times depend on the place of delivery. The shipping time is calculated from the moment of payment, starting from when the order is confirmed, until the package is delivered to the customer. Packages shipped by Doper'S are delivered within 2 working days, which is an indicative limit of 48 hours within which the package should be delivered to the customer. However, delivery times may vary due to force majeure or traffic and road conditions, or by the actions of authorities.

Is my order trackable?

Every order is trackable and can be monitored at any time through a specific link, along with the tracking ID that identifies the package. This information will be sent by Doper'S via email once the courier takes charge of the shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

The costs for shipping are indicated during the purchasing process and vary according to weight/volume, shipping method and speed, shipping location, chosen carrier (express, fast, standard), as well as the value of the shipment.

Which courier do you use for shipping?

For shipments, Doper'S uses the Express Courier, Postal Service, or Freight Forwarder, delivering to the delivery address specified in the order form submitted by the customer (which may be different from the sender's address).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Doper'S ships throughout Italy, Europe, and worldwide, using major carriers in the market.

Can I make a return or exchange?

The return of goods is allowed only in the case of documented manufacturing defects or if there is a need to change the size. In any case, the return must be made before the first use of the purchased item. When authorized, returns are made through a courier authorized by Doper'S, and the shipping costs are always borne by the customer, except for the replacement of an item that does not conform to the order or when otherwise agreed with the administration.

The delivered item has a defect, what should I do?

The best thing to do if you suspect that the purchased product has a manufacturing defect is to report it to Doper'S customer support. Including one or more photos highlighting the identified defect on the product will help customer support better understand the customer's needs.

Can I exchange for a different size, and how much does it cost?

It is possible to request a size exchange for a product. However, our products are very different from each other, so the terms and conditions of this service must be agreed on a case-by-case basis. Contact customer support to make this particular type of request.

How can I choose the right size for me?

You can determine the ideal size by using our Size Guide charts for men and women available on the Doper'S website. The charts indicate the measurements in centimeters (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL) for Italy, USA, England, France, and Germany. You can accurately evaluate the size of the collar, chest, waist, and hips based on the measurements in centimeters. How can I personalize a product?

While browsing the Doper'S website, you will notice that some products are customizable, while others are not. Can I replace a customized product if I'm not satisfied with the customization?

We apologize if the customization did not meet your expectations. In some cases, it is possible to replace a customized product. Therefore, please contact customer support to verify if your product is eligible for replacement.

How much would a made-to-measure jacket cost?

The cost of a made-to-measure jacket is increased by approximately 60 to 200 euros, depending on the type of model to be customized. You can check the cost of your made-to-measure jacket by clicking on the desired model and selecting the "Made-to-Measure" button instead of the size from the dropdown menu on the product page.

Can I provide samples or images for customization?

Providing a sample or images for the customization of a Doper'S product is a good idea as it allows us to immediately grasp the customer's taste and provide precise instructions to the artisan who will create the final product.

What are the various styles and models of custom leather jackets offered by Doper'S?

Doper'S produces jackets, bags, and accessories in genuine leather in every style. Additionally, almost all models can be made-to-measure and personalized. The prevailing style of Doper'S is casual, with our casual jackets suitable for all types of looks and ideal for every day of the year. However, you can also find models in rock style, aviator style, rider style, or classic style to cater to all tastes.

Doper'S Production Sustainability

What eco-sustainable materials do you use?

We use a variety of eco-sustainable materials in the creation of our products. When it comes to linings, we carefully select the materials with the aim of offering customers noble and environmentally friendly materials. Among the materials we use are cotton, linen, silk, wool, and cashmere, which are considered eco-friendly and sustainable. Additionally, Doper'S is committed to continuously increasing the percentage of eco-sustainable raw materials in our sourcing, relying on the most rigorous international certifications.

We do use polyester and viscose, albeit in small percentages ranging from 20% to 50%. Furthermore, viscose can be disposed of more efficiently compared to polyester, thereby reducing environmental impact. Despite their limited usage, Doper'S is still committed to minimizing the use of such non-biodegradable synthetic materials.

Regarding leather, we adopt an eco-sustainability approach in the selection of materials for production. We prefer the use of vegetable tanning or metal-free tanning over traditional chromium tanning. This means that we seek to avoid the use of tanning methods that contain heavy metals and polluting substances. Additionally, we prefer to use water-based dyes and pigments instead of solvent-based ones, thus reducing the environmental impact associated with material dyeing.

Where do you create and produce your prototypes? Why there?

The creation of a prototype is a fundamental phase of our precious Italian craftsmanship, which is why we create and produce prototypes and products in Italy.

What criteria do you use to select your suppliers?

Our suppliers are established, well-known, reliable, and exclusively Italian, with a long-standing history with our company. Doper'S.it boasts over twenty years of experience. We prefer, value, and believe in Made in Italy because we consider it the highest standard in terms of ecology, leather, and craftsmanship. Italy is a reference point in this industry.

Where do you manufacture your collections?

Our collections are entirely produced within the national territory, 100% Made in Italy.

Do you have certifications for the materials? What are they? What do they mean?

For individual productions, we have factory certifications for materials, which, in our opinion, are the most important. These certifications are obtained through successful production inspections. There are tables in which all production components must be determined for each product. In the laboratory, all components are listed, including pollutants. One of the most important factors is hexavalent chromium, which must not exceed 1,000 parts per million. In such cases, the leather is destroyed because it is considered carcinogenic and unusable. All tanneries use products that comply with EU regulations, and then the leather is analyzed and must meet minimum parameters. Doper'S constantly carries out these checks.

Note for customers

Doper'S production uses hides destined for disposal from the meat production chain for food use, materials classified as "waste," which are recovered, tanned, and processed for production. Materials exclusively sourced from animals raised for fur are strictly excluded. We use a minimal amount of natural fur derived from fur recycling. However, Doper'S aims to completely eliminate the use of natural fur.
